Required Documents for Issuing Certificates of Origin

1. A copy of the judicial decision about the firm`s registration;
2. A signature from the CEO of the firm;
3. If documents are to be signed by someone else – a warrant of attorney;
4. Documents proving the origin of the stock (depends on the type of stock):

• Invoices from the producers or traders who took part in the production and placements of the stock * EAD – customs declarations from the import of the components, which are without origin, that were used in producing the final product;
• Certificates of Quality;
• Veterinary Certificates (in cases of export of livestock, foods and other stock with animal origin);
• Phytosanitary Certificates (in cases of export of products with plant origin);
• Laboratory analysis of the physical and chemistry composition of the stock;
• Export Invoice.
